How you will make an impact
- Develop and present tailored partnership proposals, effectively negotiating terms to build mutually beneficial agreements with new and existing affiliates.
- Guide and support partners through every stage of the partnership, ensuring a seamless experience and fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Drive retention and motivation among existing partners by creating customized offers for different partner segments, and implementing a loyalty system for high-potential affiliates.
- Monitor and ensure the quality and compliance of affiliate-posted materials, upholding brand standards and message consistency.
- Analyze partner traffic to establish a comprehensive reporting system, leveraging insights to optimize strategy and drive improvements in key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyze key performance metrics (ROI, LTV, NGR, GGR, ARPU, ROAS, etc.) and implement strategies to improve their efficiency and overall profitability.
- Increase customer acquisition by driving higher traffic flow from partner sites to our products. Achieve and exceed KPIs related to acquiring new clients and partners, setting the bar for growth and performance.
- Use CRM tools to accurately track, maintain, and manage all partner contacts, ensuring up-to-date records and efficient communication.
What will help you succeed in the role
- Minimum of 1.5 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming and Betting industry.
- Upper-intermediate or higher proficiency in English.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate and optimize traffic funnels, identifying the most effective paths to conversion.
- Proficiency in creating clear and detailed technical tasks for developers and designers.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple partners and projects effectively.
- Your soft skills, as well as negotiation skills, should be top-notch.
- You are available to travel and attend the conferences.

- 3+ years of CRM experience in iGaming

You’ll work across a wide range of brand-related projects — from digital campaigns and advertising materials to merchandise, events, and physical brand spaces. We’re looking for someone who thinks beyond individual layouts and understands how to build and evolve a cohesive visual language.
How you will make an impact
- Develop and maintain the brand’s visual identity, working with color, typography, graphic elements, composition, and other key brand assets.
- Adapt the existing visual identity to new tasks and formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Create visual solutions for both B2C and B2B communications, adapting the brand’s tone and visual approach to different audiences and business objectives.
- Develop and adapt visual materials for digital channels, including websites, landing pages, social media, digital campaigns, display and external advertising.
- Develop concepts and designs for merchandise and branded products, including corporate gifts, clothing, accessories, and other brand materials.

- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print projects and communicate with print houses, merchandise suppliers, booth builders, and other contractors.
- Research visual trends, references, and new approaches to keep the brand modern, recognizable, and relevant while maintaining its visual heritage.

What will help you succeed in the role
- Proven professional experience specifically in brand design, with hands-on experience creating, developing, and maintaining visual identities.
- Strong understanding of how to build a cohesive visual system and scale it across different formats and brand touchpoints.
- Strong visual culture and design awareness, with a good understanding of current trends in design, typography, composition, and digital and offline communications.
- Ability to distinguish strong visual solutions from generic or template-based approaches and clearly explain your design decisions.
- A strong and relevant portfolio demonstrating branding, visual identity, and communication projects.
- Experience working across both digital and offline formats, including websites, social media, advertising, merchandise, exhibition stands, and other brand materials.
- Strong understanding of brand consistency and the ability to maintain a recognizable visual language across different audiences, formats, and business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and take design projects from concept through to final implementation.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work within an established visual identity while also identifying opportunities to evolve it.
- Experience in iGaming, betting, gaming, or related industries will be a plus, but is not required.
- Most importantly, strong brand design expertise and the ability to quickly understand a new product, audience, and industry.
